Description

Located in one of the best locations in the resort to enjoy watching other golfers playing on the Golf Course! This well appointed two-bedroom two bath villa has everything you need to enjoy your next Holiday. This is a beautiful place to enjoy the sun all day long as well as wonderful westerly sunsets. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use. The San Andres Resort is the perfect complex to provide the best and most effective social distancing.

Layout

Bedroom one features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has two single beds, plus an additional single bed that pulls out from under an existing single bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, Ceiling fan and patio doors with shutters that opens to the terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. You will have a washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and an oven. The dining area on the terrace has table and chairs to seat six (6) people comfortably. The living area boasts a large sofa bed that can fold out for more comfort. A coffee table, CD stereo player and a large television with satellite channels complete the room. Large patio doors lead to the spacious terrace. This Villa has a beautiful terrace to enjoy fantastic sunsets! The terrace is not overlooked by neighbouring villas. Total privacy.
