This bright and light spacious one bedroom unit has a private terrace and air conditioning in the salon … New to our rental program, all the furnishings in this unit are brand new!

Plenty of sun on the terrace from early morning until sunset. Located in a great location in the complex, this unit has a private entrance, perfect for social distancing. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment. The San Andres Resort is the perfect complex to provide the best and most effective social distancing. The air conditioning in the salon easily keeps the whole unit cool in the summer.

Layout

The bedroom has two twin beds The bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, window with shutters and mosquito nets. The master bathroom has twin sinks, tub & shower combination, and WC. 

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need including a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob with an oven and a new washing machine. Bathroom number two has a shower, sink basin, and equipped with a WC vanity unit and sink basin. 

The living and dining area has a sofa sleeper, armchair, coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs. The unit has wonderful sea views from the living area. The terrace has 1 sunbed and a table with four chairs
