Rental Terms & Conditions

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATIONS:

Bookings can be made directly online, or by sending an inquiry through our website contact form. We do not accept payment by check or electronic transfer. Once your dates are confirmed, you will receive a PayPal invoice as both your confirmation and deposit requirements. You do not have to be a PayPal customer to use this service. Why PayPal? PayPal has one of the best secure payment systems in the world. All payments will be in Euros.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED:

To confirm your stay, a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total amount due must be paid at the time of booking. If you book within eight (8) or less before you travel, we require payment in full. 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: 

A REFUNDABLE – A 100.00€ damage deposit IS ADDED ON TO THE FINAL AMOUNT DUE FOR ANY TYPE DAMAGES THAT OCCUR OVER THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY – THIS WILL BE REFUNDED BACK WITHIN 1 WEEK OF DEPARTURE SHOULD THERE BE NO DAMAGES.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT: 

Full payment must be received within 8 weeks of your arrival date. Your PayPal invoice will reflect this date, so that you are clear when the balance is due. If you have not paid in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out below will be applicable.

IF YOU CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING:

If you need to change your holiday arrangements, you must let us know as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge of 50 € plus any additional costs we incur as a result. If you or any member of your party needs to cancel their holiday (or any part of it) once it has been confirmed, the person listed as the responsible party on the booking must write and let us know (email required).  When notice is received, we will then ask you to pay any cancellation and/or change charges. If you cancel you holiday all together, the cancellation policy below applies. These charges are based on the premise that both our company the individual property owners, will experience a loss of revenue as a result of the cancellation. Once we have processed your cancellation, you will receive a cancellation invoice.  Any balance paid above and beyond the cancellation penalty, will be promptly refunded. The charges apply to all parts of your holiday and are as follows.

CANCELLATION FEE'S:

If you cancel eight (8) or more before arrival date, only the 35% non-refundable deposit will be lost. 

If you cancel three (3) to seven (7) weeks before arrival a 50% penalty will apply.

If you cancel one (1) to Three (3) weeks before arrival a penalty of 100% will apply.

CHANGE OF ACCOMMODATIONS:

All the properties we represent are privately owned apartments and villas. At times, changes in available units can occur outside of our control. If at any time a property becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to provide alternative accommodations. These alternative accommodations will be comparable to what was originally booked, or a price adjustment will be made. If offered an alternative unit that we deem a comparable property, and you decide you do not want the accommodation, normal cancellation policies will apply. 

IF WE CHANGE OR CANCELING:                                                                                                                                               

If we cancel your booking, or you cancel it because you won’t accept any changes necessary, you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund and the cancellation policy will remain in place if:
 1. You have refused to accept a reasonable alternative.

2. You have not paid as required under our terms and conditions. 

3. Your behavior, or of someone in your party is not acceptable.                                                                                                  

4. If we offer you another accommodation, you will have to pay the difference if it is more expensive, but if it is less expensive, we will refund you the difference. 

ACCOMMODATION CONDITION AND DESCRIPTIONS:

Our descriptions represent an evaluation by us which attempts to reflect the style and atmosphere of the accommodation. We provide what we feel is an honest and accurate description of the property. Since the views expressed are subjective, it is appreciated that not everyone will agree with our assessment and the descriptions should be read in this light. 

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES AND YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS: 

The accommodation that you booked is only for the use of the named parties shown on the confirmation booking invoice issued by us. Subletting, sharing or assignment is strictly prohibited. The substitution of persons during the rental period is STRICTLY forbidden unless previously agreed. Please make sure you have read our terms and conditions carefully. 

OUR RESPONSIBILITY:

We accept responsibility for ensuring that your accommodations and all representations we make to you regarding your holiday and your accommodation are fulfilled as expected.

INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance before you travel. This may cover you if you must cancel your holiday for any emergencies that may arise while you are away and covered under their policy.

BEHAVIOR:
 We reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a client if their conduct is disruptive and affects the quiet enjoyment of other holiday makers and residents. We shall be under no liability for any extra costs incurred by anyone for unacceptable behavior. IMPORTANT NOTICE – TO ALL CLIENTS. Please be aware that our byelaws stipulate that there shall be no excessive noise or disturbances after 11 p.m. This also applies to the bars and restaurants situated in San Andres Resort. The complex of San Andres is a holiday resort and is also a residential complex.

COMPLAINTS:

YOUR DATA PROTECTION:

We will always endeavor to ensure that your personal data is secure. This information includes contact registration, payment details and other essential information needed to make sure your holiday is managed responsively. We do not store any credit card information whatsoever. You have a right to ask us at any time not to contact you by way of email or any other means. We would never under any circumstances sell or rent any of your personal details to third parties.

CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL:

We will not compensate or accept any liability if your booking is affected by events outside of our control. War, threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, bad weather, technical problems due to transport, airports being closed or full, flight schedules being cancelled or changed by the airlines or any other similar event.

BUILDING NOISE:

Building works and noise are almost unavoidable in certain developing destinations and work may be taking place in or adjacent to your own accommodation. Unfortunately, such developments are not under our control, nor do we always receive advance notice when they will begin. We cannot accept liability for any inconvenience, discomfort or annoyance arising from such works which are beyond our control. However, we are based on the island and will endeavor to advise you of any works being carried out as soon as we are aware of them.

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:

Your accommodation is normally available after 4 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated at 10 am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with our office. If you arrive before 4 pm on the day of arrival, we will allow access to your accommodation as soon as it has been cleaned. 

DISCLAIMER:
 Our accommodations are all privately owned. When staying in a privately-owned property, you do so at your own risk. Tenerife Beach and Golf Destinations nor the individual property owners will be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings or injury or death of any guests, while staying at the property.
