• How will I check in & check out?

You will receive a Pre-Arrival email 7 days before your arrival date with all information about check in & check out and how / where to collect your keys.

• Can I request early check in or late check out?

Yes. Normal check in time is 16:00 and check out is by 10:00. But if you need to be in earlier or out later, then please make sure to request this in advance with our staff and we will get back to you as soon as possible to advise whether this is possible or not. If this is not possible, we have the option of keeping your luggage in our storage room until you need.

Please be advised that early check in / late check out may incur in additional fees.

• Will the property be cleaned every day & will we get fresh towels daily?

No. All our properties are self-catering properties which include washing machines for your use. If you would like a mid stay clean this needs to be requested in advance and will be an additional cost.

• Are there any on-site facilities?

Yes.

• How far away are there bars and restaurants?

Cafe Med has recently re-opened on San Andres Resort offering a great variety of food & drinks.

There is also a Pool-Bar Cafe open daily.

Opposite you have the Club House, to book a game of Golf on the 18 hole PGA course, Hire buggies and Golf clubs, and a coffee shop-Pizzeria.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants, bars with live entertainment, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

• Is there parking on San Andres?

Yes. This MUST be reserved in advance when booking your stay with us as parking is very limited on the resort! This is €5.50 per day.

• Are there any food or drinks on arrival at the property?

Yes. All our properties have a welcome pack included. This includes Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Biscuits, Water, Dishwasher tabs (if one at the property), Bin liners , Sponge , Cloth & Tea towels.

• Do I need travel Insurance?

We recommended you take out travel insurance for both domestic and international travel to cover you for any medical emergencies and/or loss incurred due to being unable to occupy your accommodation.
