Description 

A wonderful villa just a short walk to the pools! Light and airy all on one level with a nice, enclosed garden and very large terrace. The villa is well furnished and has air conditioning in the living and dining areas that provides cooling and heat for the whole villa. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use. The San Andres Resort is the perfect complex to provide the best and most effective social distancing. 

Layout 

The master bedroom has a King size bed, Fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan and shutters as well as an ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom two has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace. Bedroom three has bunk beds and window for extra light! The master bathroom ensuite has a vanity sink, WC and a walk-in shower. Bathroom two has a walk-in in shower, basin and WC. 

Living Room has a three seat and two seat sofas, a coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, side table and lamps. The villa has satellite TV channels and high-speed internet at no additional charge.  The dining area table and chairs seats six. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and oven. Everything you need in a self-catering holiday property is here. A washing machine is in the utility area, clothes hanger is also provided. Large patio doors lead to the terrace. The large terrace has a nice, landscaped area. The terrace dining area has a table and chairs for six and sunbeds for sunbathing in privacy.
